1-Hour Art + Yoga Class with Cary from CAT Scratch Studios at 10 AM
Creativity Unveiled is an immersive art and yoga workshop exploring creativity as a living, embodied practice. Through yoga, breath, meditation and intuitive art-making, participants are guided into deeper layers of psyche, myth, and inner knowing. These realms often accessed through dream, meditation, and moments of change or healing. In the session, art + yoga become a conversation within the body. Each participant explores co-creation of their life.

Brunch with Fika at 11 AM

Tickets are $35 per person and include yoga, brunch, and one Bellini or glass of white wine. Guests may park for free in the US Bank parking lot.
