Winemaker’s Whim at Uplifted Winery on Tuesday, September 15 from 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Once a month, our winemaker invites you to share in a special experience we call Winemaker’s Whim. At each gathering, a hand-selected wine will be featured—sometimes a favorite from our collection, sometimes a yet-to-be-released treasure—paired with a thoughtfully chosen bite. Guests will enjoy an inside look at the art of winemaking as our winemaker shares the story behind the wine, the challenges and surprises along the way, and answers your questions in an intimate, casual setting. Each event is a little different, depending on the winemaker’s “whim,” making this one-of-a-kind event a perfect way to deepen your appreciation of wine.

This Feature: Buffalo and Wagyu steak paired with three house-made sauces: green peppercorn & Brandyjus, chimichurri, and cherry mustarda reduction. Enjoy these bold flavors alongside three specially selected wines.
