Every event offers a new flavor journey—guided by the chef’s own curiosity—making this a delicious and engaging way to deepen your appreciation of food and wine.

This Feature: This class will explore the space where cheese and chocolate meet. We’ll highlight both the simple and complex ways these two flavors complement and contrast each other, featuring Uplifted’s new cheese offerings, Chef Nicole’s creative chocolate pairings, and how they interact with our wines.
